How to set eLogin Permissions

After a user has been created, you may wish to manage eLogin user Accounts and Permissions. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Accessing Permissions

From the Main Menu, select Settings, then Permissions, then eLogin Permissions.

If you don’t have access to this feature, you may need to log into Migration Manager as user Administrator.

2. Edit eLogin Permissions

The eLogin screen consists of 3 columns.

  • The Logon Type shows the Logon Type of the eLogin accounts that have been added in Migration Manager
  • The Username Column shows the username of the eLogin accounts that have been added in Migration Manager
  • The Access Allowed To Column shows the users who have access to the eLogin account.

2.1. Adding a new eLogin Account

1. Click the Add Button

2. Select the eLodin Account Type:

  • AAT
  • Engineers Australia
  • Immi
  • Legendcom
  • VETASSESS
  • VETASSESS Trade Occupation
  • VEVO

3. Enter the Logon Username used to log into this account.

4. Enter the Logon Password.  (You can click the ‘eye’ symbol to reveal the password).

5. Select the Users you wish to allow access to this Account.

6. Click Save and Close.

2.2. Editing an eLogin Account

There will be times when you need to edit your eLogin Account details, most commonly when your account password changes or if new users need access to this account.

1. Select the Account to be edited, then click More, then Edit button.

Alternatively, right click on the Account to be edited, then click Edit

2. Change the eLogin Account Details accordingly, then click Save & Close.

2.3. Deleting an eLogin Account

If an eLogin Account is no longer required, it can be deleted by selecting the eLogin Account, then clicking Delete.

1. Select the Account to be edited, then click More, then Delete button.

Alternatively, right click on the Account to be edited, then click Delete

2. Click Yes to confirm Deletion
