Suggestion - when you first use the portal, you might like to set up a dummy matter with your own email address and add that matter to the Portal. That way you will be able to log in to the portal yourself and see exactly what your clients will see when they use the Portal.

Change a Matter from a Prospect to a Client
Updated onArticleMigration Manager gives you the ability to track whether a matter is a Prospect or a Client Matter. Prospect Matters are usually used for matters for which the Agent / Lawyer has not yet received instructions. At the point that the person / business becomes a Client of the Agent / Lawyer, in Migration Manager you can change the Matter type. Changing the Matter type from Prospect to Client only changes the Status of the Matter - all the other tabs and information remain the same.
