Firm Setup Guide

The Firm Setup Guide can help direct you through the process of setting up the major components of Migration Manager.

1. Accessing the Firm Setup Guide

To Access the Firm Setup Guide, select Tools, then Setup Guides, then Firm Setup Guide.

1.1. Setup Firm details

To provide basic details about your Firm, click Go To.

Enter the required details about your Firm, and click Save & Close.

Click Next.

 

1.2. Setup Office/Team Details

To provide details about your office and team, click Go To. Any existing offices will display.

To add an office, click Add

Enter the required details of the office to be added, and click Save and Close.

Click Next.

1.3. Review Login Security

To review your Login Security, click Go To.

You can review Login Behaviour, Password Requirements, and Idle Timeout. Once reviewed, click Save and Close.

Click Next

1.4. Set Up Users

To set up users, click Go To.

Any existing users will display.

To add a user, click Add

There are a number of tabs available to configure your User.

  • Staff
  • Contact
  • Preferences
  • Permissions
  • Reports
  • eLodge

1.4.1. Enter Staff Details

Click on the Staff tab. Enter the required details of the staff member on the Staff Tab.

1.4.2. Enter Staff member contact details

Click on the Contact tab. Enter the staff members contact details.

1.4.3. Set up staff Preferences

To review and update staff Preferences, select the Preferences tab.

To modify a preference, click in the Value field to enable the dropdown, and change the selection.

1.4.4. eLodge

eLodge can only be set up for an existing user. For instructions on how to configure a users eLodge, refer to How to set eLogin Permissions.

1.4.5. Save and Close New User

Click Save & Close, or if you wish to add another user, click Save & New.

Click Close to exit the User screen.

Click Next.

1.5. Portal Setup

For compliance monitoring only purposes, Portal Setup is not required. Click Next to proceed.  

1.6. Letterhead Configuration

For compliance monitoring only purposes, Portal Setup is not required. Click Next to proceed.  

1.7. Finish

To finish Firm Setup, Click Finish. You can return to the Firm Setup Guide at any time by going to Home, Tools, User Guides then Firm Setup Guide.
