This article details how to install the MM App onto a Windows PC.
To ensure that the MM App can be used on your Windows PC, it must meet the following requirements:
- Your Screen Resolution is at least 1920x1080
- You have installed and activated Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- You have installed the Chrome browser
1. Download Link
The MM App can be installed by clicking the download link in your account setup confirmation email (this email will also contain your Cloud ID). Clicking that link will proceed to download MMSetup.exe, which, when run, will start the MM App installation. When you click the link, if prompted, you can choose to either Open or Save As to a location of your choice.
The MMSetup.exe will now be downloaded. Once complete, click Open File in your browser downloads.
2. Start Installation
On the MM App Install window, click Install
You will be prompted to confirm that you want to install the MM App. To proceed, click OK.
The installer will now download and install the MM App.
3. Installation complete
If the installation has been successful, a pop-up will appear. Click OK.
A shortcut or the MM App will now appear on your desktop.
